Serving the Community

  • To advance education by providing workshops and seminars on topics such as managing personal finances and mental health.
  • To advance education by operating a summer camp program for children with a focus story telling, arts and crafts and other curriculum-based content.
  • To provide settlement assistance such as accessing government benefits, computer training, emotional support, and providing information on community resources.
  • To relieve poverty in the Downsview area of Toronto by providing food and other basic necessities of life to individuals or families in need.

Summer Camp

Thanks to all who attended this year's Summer Camp, volunteered, helped out and worked to make our camp a success. We look forward to seeing you all next year. Mention us to your friends!

Workshops & Presentations

SEFSS runs workshops on topics which are of interest to our community.  Because of Covid, some of these were held on Zoom. We are very grateful to the Canadian Red Cross, Service Canada and the New Horizons for Seniors Program for sponsoring some of these events and empowering our youth in the community.

  • Improving Mental Health, Mental Health Awareness, Stress Management
  • Personal Finances
  • Path to Serenity: Seniors' Mental Health Workshop

To Our Community, 

On behalf of the community members, Volunteers, Staff and Board members, I would like to express my profound gratitude to you all for joining us at our 10th anniversary. Experiencing all the dancing, singing, games, and awards handouts was great to experience.

All the proceeds from the anniversary will go towards extending and offering more services to ensure .

St. Elizabeth Family Support Services is helping those families experiencing personal or social challenges.
